Working with a great client on one of our favourite streets, we successfully provided design and contruct services.to suit their needs. Our extensive renovation and restorative works entirely transformed this shack in to a home worthy of its location.
Elizabeth House
Shortlisted in the Master Builders Qld Awards
Elizabeth House is located in the coastal surrounds of the Southern Gold Coast. With its impressive two-storey stone chimney and dark, natural tones and materials, the tall vertical lines of Elizabeth House play homage to the towering native gumtrees that line the nearby Currumbin Creek. Currumbin Hill
One of the original fibro beach shacks overlooking iconic Currumbin Beach, this old home received a much needed renovation and extension to suit our client's growing family. With it's pitched roof, exposed rafters and feature breeze block wall, this architecturally designed project has been the source of much inspiration and admiration.
Ritual Yoga & Pilates
Five Sea completed building rectification works and studio fit out for this much loved local yoga & pilates studio in Palm Beach, Gold Coast. Main features include new hardwearing Black Butt timber flooring, and custom fittings, creating an Instagram worthy studio to be proud of.
Ashmore Project
Overlooking the northern Gold Coast City, we gave this Ashmore property a complete overhaul, including new kitchen and bathrooms. Completed with the view to sell, our client's property was snapped up quickly by a lucky buyer. Fresh and modern finishes and attention to detail make this renovation a crowd favourite.
